motivational coach and author of the self-improvement book, “I Dropped 142 lbs in a Year and Lost 220 lbs in a Day.”
This Columbus, Georgia native has been a featured guest on
Oprah and many other television and radio
shows. Her story has also been
published on the Atlanta Journal Constitution newspaper, Columbus Times newspaper and Woman's World Magazine.
Prior to her journey of healthy living, Ash suffered three strokes, bouts of depression. The collective maltreatment encourages Ash to be unwavering in her mission to empower, inform and boost the confidence of all those she
encounters.

Salone,
President of Salone Enterprises, Inc., and the Owner and Operator of two McDonald’s restaurants in the Atlanta-Buckhead and Downtown Decatur area. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Carrie worked in the healthcare
industry.

Today Carrie serves on the Board of Directors of
Buckhead Business Association, the Black McDonald’s Owner/Operators Association for the Atlanta Region, the McDonald’s Women’s Operators’ Network Inc., the Advisory Council Board of the Ronald McDonald House Charities Inc., as well as Newly Formed My Sisters Keeper Foundation for Women, Inc. She is also a member of the McDonald’s Atlanta Region Purchasing Committee and Chairperson of the McDonald’s Atlanta Region “Gift” Gospel
Program.
An active member of the community, Carrie provides mentorship to high school students throughout the Dekalb City Public School System. She is also a member of numerous organizations including Jack and Jill of America Inc., Dekalb County Business Association, the City of Atlanta Workforce Development Mayors Youth Council and The Power of Women and Money.

In 2007, she was a featured speaker on the panel of PINK Magazine’s 2007 Conference Luncheon Series, an event held to promote a new generation of women who are making a significant impact in
business.
In addition to this, Carrie is a mentor for Powergirls Network Institute, a global program focused on developing leadership skills, character building and personal development for young women ages 14 -
16.
