Dr. Sherry Gaither co-labors in ministry at Stronghold Christian Church with her husband, Senior Pastor R. Benjamin Gaither. Together as a team they provide dynamic vision and leadership principles to help establish God's Kingdom on the earth.

Dr. Gaither is a multi-gifted pastor, lecturer, educator, motivational speaker and author. Her passion and love for people sparks a desire to see them saved, healed and delivered.

Her ministry experience extends internationally as she travels extensively throughout the United States and Africa proclaiming the word of God. Since 1991, she has served on the staff of Beulah Heights University as a professor in leadership.

As founder of Empowerment Network International (ENI, Inc.), a multi-media organization, “Dr. G" has influenced the church and the corporate world with biblical leadership principals. As a certified Leadership Coach and the founder of an influential organization The Lady & Her Legacy, she trains and mentors others to identify and operate in their God given gifts in ministry and the marketplace. Her practical, solid strategies have helped literally thousands transform their lives.

Her academic pursuits include a B.A. Degree in Communication, M.A. Degree in Christian Education, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree.
