Benjamin Gaither Benjamin Gaither serves as senior pastor of Stronghold Christian Church located in Lithonia, Georgia. Pastor Gaither's leadership and influence does not end with the SCC family but it extends to the Dekalb County community. As a law enforcement detective with the Dekalb County division of Homeland Security, he serves the community as a governmental official. In addition, he serves as an advisor to the Dekalb County Drug Court and Women Against Domestic Violence. Pastor Gaither has received numerous accolades for his dedicated commitment to servant leadership.

In 2006 he received the Atlanta Gospel Choice Award, in recognition for outstanding pastoral leadership and was recognized in the prestigious Who's Who in Black Atlanta. Pastor Gaither serves as CEO of Empowerment International, a nonprofit outreach organization. His educational pursuits include a B.A. Degree in Criminal Justice and supplemental coursework in biblical studies and business management. With over twenty-five years in criminal justice and ministry, his passion to empower people still burns brightly.

Dr. Sherry Gaither Dr. Sherry Gaither co-labors in ministry with her husband, as pastor of Stronghold Christian Church. "Dr. G" is a multi-gifted pastor, lecturer, educator, motivational speaker and author. She is a woman of integrity who is motivated by a spirit of excellence. She travels in the United States and Africa conducting workshops and seminars inspiring professionals as she reveals the secrets to living in victory, and personal fulfillment. Since 1991 she has served on the staff of Beulah Heights Bible University as a professor in leadership.

Before answering the call to full-time ministry; "Dr. G" held several positions in marketing and management, traveling extensively across the country.

Dr. G serves as the CEO of Empowerment Network International (ENI, Inc.), a multi-media organization. Her recent publication, Promoting Leaders Who Know How To Serve, was birthed out of a desire to challenge the methods by which potential leaders are identified and reward them based upon their ability to serve.

Her academic pursuits include a B.A. Degree in Communications, an M.A. Degree in Christian Education, and a Doctor of Ministry Degree. "Dr. G" has received numerous nominations and awards and was recognized as a "Woman of Inspiration" by the American Business Women's Association. In 2004, "Dr. G" was nominated into "Leadership Dekalb", a prestigious leadership organization within Dekald County, Georgia. In 2005, Dr. G received recognition and honor from the Gospel Heritage Foundation as a Dynamic Woman in Ministry and from the Sisters in the Spirit Tour for her commitment and dedication in the community.
